Two Story Homes….. Your day to day living needs are provided on two separate levels, a first and a second floor.
Typically, the second floor is utilized for bedrooms, bathroom(s), loft offices, flex-use rooms and laundry areas.
The Two Story home is available in a broad array of architectural styles from our company. 
We do, however, believe that one of the most flexible design considerations for a two story home is placement of the Master Suite. A Master Suite may be designed into the first or second floor depending upon current or long-term needs/plans. Where children are mature enough to respect a limited amount of separation currently and for clients planning to occupy the home well into retirement, a first floor master suite can provide all the flexibility necessary to age in place, even if mobility does become limited in the future.
